Short-Term Rehabilitation

Restorative Nursing/Short-term Rehabilitation, recuperation from a major medical event such as surgery can be challenging. Round the clock care by a professional nursing staff can speed up the recuperation process. Careful attention to nutrition, pain management, mobility and cognition can significantly reduce recuperation time.

Our highly trained rehab professionals are dedicated to helping your loved ones safely return to the community. After our therapists evaluate each individual’s status and needs, each patient is placed on a comprehensive individualized rehab program to meet their specific goals. With the help of our Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapists each patient works towards their personal goals, community reintegration and home environment negotiation. Sessions are spent on becoming more independent in activities of daily living, functional mobility, changing positions, walking, communicating with others, self-feeding and safe swallowing (when needed by the patient).
