I want to thank you all for the wonderful work that you do and for making my mother’s (Charlotte Bobrow) time with you a very wonderful experience. It is not easy to watch a parent grow old, especially with dementia. However, you all made it a friendly and happy time.
I always left her with a good feeling in my heart that she was in good hands and treated with respect and dignity.
